Does CBD Oil help with concentration?

Not directly, no. For some people it can reduce how distracting other external factors are and by default, indirectly increase concentration on whatever they’re focused on at the time. If you have anxiety, for example, it can calm those anxious thoughts/feelings and clear your mind to focus on other things. The same thing goes for autism or neuropathy, those over excited, painful stimulati are relieved and allow you to focus that way. Cbd like from premiumjane.com is normally calming, relaxing, and for some it can be sedating. The terpenes and any other cannabinoids matter too as to the effects. I’ve found that a 6:1 ratio of thc/cbd to be the most effective for me for daytime use and a 1:1 ratio at night. I don’t typically use cbd only as I need the benefits of the thc as well.
